      Working with the kids and staff at the school was great.

      Cons

      Management is highly disorganized. Very little training given. TONS of paperwork. I would not recommend FPS.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
