Where do I even begin...? CSPs get rushed training and then are thrown into houses where clients have such bad behavioral issues due to the constant turnover rate of this company, are denied medical care when physically injured on the job, are pitted against each other because of obvious favoritism from management, among everything else. If you enjoy working away every minute of your week just to be underpaid and unappreciated, then by all means... The clients deserve so much better than this company. If the clients are as unhappy as they are, then how do you expect to feel good as an employee working for this godforsaken company?
