This company used to have a fairly decent reputation, especially in its early years. Things changed a while ago. The company was was taken over by bigger and bigger entities. It became a numbers racket While it was the not most dysfunctional workplace environment I’d ever experienced, it was truly the meanest and most passive-aggressive. More importantly, I’ve heard numerous complaints in the community from people who received services from FPS. It seems that the quality of service is not what it used to be.
