      Pros

      A great place to start gaining experience in the mental health field after receiving your undergrad. They present themselves as the most understanding and down-to-earth of employers, however be warned it's not at all what it seems. The supervisors are very helpful and eager to answer questions related to trainings, paperwork, etc.

      Cons

      If you are about to get married or experience a major family event this is NOT the company you want to work for during this time. They will not give you time off during the school year a part from what the law allows. Their communication is inconsistent and as a clinician you will be blamed for any shortfalls. This paradigm of poor communication and blame is common throughout the company in other regions too.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
