Pros
Cares about the employees. Great training ground. Resourceful. Pay is comparable or better than the average in the field. Full benefits. You're given the tools needed to be successful with the people you are working with. FPS does a good job staying involved and ahead of changes happening in Virginia. Clinical supervision. Hard, but humbling work.
Cons
Tough field to work in as a direct service provider. Lots of changes are happening in the behavioral health field in Virginia. This impacts how we do our work and how the company has to operate........especially from a fiscal perspective. Soooo much change, and while it is a necessary evil, it's still a con.
