      The whole team are hard working and genuinely good people. Management are very open-minded and consistently looking for ways to make things run more smoothly and accurately. If I didn't have to, I'd 100% still be there!

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
