Deadend - Trainer Clarvida Employee Review

The people in management are HORRIBLE not a clue what's going on in the training department told you to do this then you hear from directors to do it another way it's constant stress and demand to do something that's not your job to fix. Only gained knowledge about my job from another countys trainer and they showed me what to do in one day, was the biggest help, compared to the director who I met many times prior to shadow me and show me my role. It's a joke.
