Working with high school students 1:1 means that you typically have to be in the office after school and weekend hours. The good thing about this is you still set your own schedule so it's not as bad as it sounds.

Inept impulsive owner. Loves chaos, drama, playing favorites, creating separation . Meetings that go into the night to talk about herself & brag. Losing best people for the next new idea that floats along. Puts personal friends in charge of much more qualified employees.
