Pros
• Feedback: The company was always open to receiving feedback and generally attempted to make changes because of it. As an employee, we were also allowed opportunities to receive feedback in multiple ways. • Company Culture: Encouraged and empowered people to show up as their authentic selves. From parenting to having bad days, mentally - they were supportive. • Benefits: Remote Work allowed me to work from anywhere which was helpful. Unlimited PTO was amazing and they actually wanted you to take days off to rest and care for yourself or your family. Health benefits were great as well. PD stipend was great. • The People: Always willing to help, always willing to teach, always willing to collaborate. Everybody was genuinely nice, helpful, and easy to connect with.
Cons
• Lack of Transparency: There were obviously some executive decisions made that impacted the company greatly, leading to laying off half the company. I wish that there was more transparency about finances so people would be more prepared for what was coming. • Lack of Accountability (DEI): They talk a lot about their focus on DEI initiatives but did not really hold people accountable for attending sessions/conversations about DEI. •Constant Change in Priorities: It can be difficult to prioritize as there is always something changing or new processes being built as they go
