Where do I even begin. Management were hypocritical, unsupportive and you're treated as disposable from day one. You are also expected to work pretty much 24/7 and no, the pay does not reflect this. Staff turnover is the biggest joke here. I was here a month. I sustained an injury outside of work, which left me unable to walk. The day after I was straight back in work and dedicated to my role. I was dismissed for needing to take 4 days off to go to hospital and recover. No saftey measures were put in place. Despite having the tools to work from home or work at the desks on the ground floor, I was expected to use crutches to go up and down a large flight of stairs all day every day - also for meetings and bathroom breaks. I was talked about behind my back, made fun of by management and treated as an inconvenience. I struggled to work on crutches, only to be fired the second I walked in the door after the time off. I can honestly say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had working for a company. Sharing so others can avoid making the same mistake I did of working here.
