Hello former employee, I read your review and I'm so sorry this was your experience with us. It sounds awful and it's definitely not what we're going for. I appreciate knowing that you felt like we didn't provide adequate training. That's something we can work on! Our goal is to set everyone up for success, but clearly we didn't do that for you. Again, my apologies. I am wondering when you worked for us because we don't have any contractors and haven't for a long time; everyone is an employee. Is there anything else we could do to improve the work experience for future employees?
