      Pros

      WFH, supportive teammates. Got to work on a lot of different tools. Good for freshers to gain experience.

      Cons

      The work shift is 12 hours. You are expected to work in multiple domains, both offensive and defensive. Frequent micro-management. There is no work life balance. Very low compensation, relative to the workload. Limited opportunity for salary and career growth. My advice would be to stay here to gain experience but be prepared to look elsewhere for better growth opportunities.

      Can work from home, office or whatever location you want to.

      Cons

      Developers are not valued enough by the company. In the company's opinion, development is a low cost activity.

      We will get to work with automation tools like UIPath and RPA we can work on a Microsoft SQL server Get enough tea breaks in between work Work environment is smooth

      Cons

      Holidays are not promoted only 3 mandatory holidays rest is optional Seniors i worked with was little rude to freshers During training time we didn't get paid enough and until the training was over we didn't get offer letter
