Pros
Incredible place to work with great people and atmosphere! I've been in the industry for nearly 15 years and came to Clayco four of those years ago after relocating back to Chicago from another top tier national firm - one of the biggest pros of Clayco has to be our integrated platform, which allows me to have a much wider lens of our industry that directly benefits our clients as well as my own personal career development and opportunities.
Cons
Not really a con, unless you don't like commuting to a downtown location (for the Chicago office) - traffic can be tough during rush hour. Suggest living in the city or taking the metra train from the suburbs to avoid the traffic.
