Lots of talk for a big company. - Senior Project Engineer Clayco Employee Review

My review is limited to the Phoenix office. There isn’t a gate-keeper or best practices for hiring field professionals as part of their Phoenix expansion. Expect toxic and/or incompetent Project managers, project engineers & superintendents. With their mentality of “the job is the boss” your work-life balance is non-existent, and fundamentals in decency, respect, & humanity is disregarded at the snap of a finger. The software packages for field operations would beg a guffaw if it wasn’t sad given the company boasts billions in revenues. The company doesn’t offer stocks to field operations the way other GCs do. They give abysmal pay increases in regions that experience soaring inflation; and there compensation isn’t competitive for the region. Don’t bother notifying upper management.
