Cons

This job is a joke. They make you believe that you have a job and have you go through extensive unpaid training (24 hours over 6 weeks), plus simulated chats, phone calls, zooms, and more, and then, when you are in the last week of training, they tell you that you do not have a guaranteed job offer. I looked up the people doing the training, and they are unqualified to be providing mental health coaching. This job should really not be labeled "mental health coaching" at all because that is not what it is. They want you to talk to "young people" (their terminology) as if you are their age, not provide any advice, and use victim-blaming language like "why do you think you made that up" or "what do you get to avoid by feeling that way". The whole thing is pretty ridiculous and I don't understand why schools would hire such an unqualified company for such a serious issue.
