Pros

The benefits are good. And if you enjoy being off two times a year without using vacation, that's a plus. But you most likely won't get paid for it. Or you'll be asked to volunteer to work during the shut downs. Once around the 4th of July and again around Christmas. If you like overtime you'll get it. Unless you don't like working overtime then you'll get your hours cut and get to leave early because the housing market has declined. Those are both pros depending on what your preference is.

Cons

Everything else is a no for me. They require you to stay late once a month on Friday for inventory. If it's not good enough you'll have to work the weekend. They require you to do the job of several people. Which means you have to stay late to make sure things are done. Managers are required to be on call 24/7, 365 days a week. If you are on vacation you have to be on call to answer questions. But normally you can't find a manager during the week. Because they are always in meetings. There is virtually no cross training. No incentive for promotion. Only been there for six months. And I feel like I'm working with teenagers. Drama, drama, drama. So disorganized. And mismanaged. Not sure what raises look like but from what I gather, unless they are willing to fight for you when you quit you won't get any raises. I would not recommend working here.

Pros

Benefits, Casual TM's, pay (for most TM's), A laid back environment. No dress code, no attendance rules, Bonuses every week. Team Leader pay, Career opportunities, depending on who you are, Schedule, work life balance.

Cons

Treatment from management at facilities and Home Office, Pay for TM's who do not have management in their job title but do the work, no recognition for the TMs behind the work that makes the mangers look good. The way that most, not all of managers, talk to the laborers, Frustration work environment, challenging.
