Pros
Really nice people to work with, understanding about lifes unexpected complications. Working on your own a lot with ability to listen to music is nice. Definitely a replacement for a gym membership. If you like cleaning it's awesome. Some days there were multiple places to clean at one location.
Cons
During training there were several days I worked under 4 hours days. After training I still wasn't getting 40 hours/week. There were days I was scheduled under 4 hours and had to push for more. Could have been that I was new so I was getting the fewest hours. Some disorganization with details of jobs and the company policys. The driving in and around the Portland Metro area is absolute HELL.
