Clean Air Asia has the best work culture there is. Employees are very friendly and would really guide you from the ground up. There are also a lot of opportunity to learn and contribute to the community.
Cons
The company only offers 400 for onsite work and 200 for work which is below the 75% of the minimum wage of regular employees in Manila. However, I heard that once you are regularized, the compensation is good despite being a fresh graduate with no experience.
