Laborer - Anonymous employee Clean All Services Employee Review

Didn't know I needed to do this to use the site and you're the only one who has the answer I need.

So I didn't really work here. But I will participate in the future.

Poor business model. The owner is the ops manager, the ops manager is a floating supervisor and the supervisors are floating cleaners who don’t have time to supervise. Employees are warned early on or during interviews the owner is unique and yells regularly. The pay for all positions is well below the national median. The supervisors are great at cleaning but poor leaders and treat employees unprofessionally because the business model promotes the best cleaners, who are inherently uneducated and unemployable. Outright lying and cheating regular occurs and management lies down to employees and up to the owner through reports fudged by only entering data that is advantageous to ensure bonuses are maximized.
