When employed at Clean Energy CU, training will be provided on processes and will provide plenty of time to understand the daily tasks that need to be completed. You won't be left to fend for yourself. And as a specialty Credit Union, you will be doing your part to help the environment as well.

Not too many Cons to say, although the main Con would be having 1/2-hour lunches. My previous place of employment had 1-hour lunches. However upper management is flexible and accommodating if a longer lunch hour is required.

Benefits are pretty good, especially medical.

Way too political. They shove their politics down your throat. They also care more about diverse gender rather than good employees.
