Wants you to give 110% for $15 They will cancel your shifts right before or during your shift They want your full availability for advancement but will cancel the shifts you are available to works Your hours will fluctuate drastically. One week you may work 38 to 40 and the very next week you will work 20. If business is slow, you will either have to take a one hour lunch break or go home early. Get an 8 hour shift, but have to clock out after only 4 hours worked. They will prioritize those that make them more money. Part time workers that can only work limited hours will get more than your full time people if they sale more than you. For a car wash, this job is more so a selling job than a customer service job. They want you to pressure the customers into selling even though this job is supposed to be low pressure selling. They want you to question the customer as to why they don't want a membership and persuade them into getting it any way. Just so you know, there system sucks and most of the time they will still take your money even if you cancel and they won't give your your money back. You will have many angry customers say that this company stole their money. Started part time, then was supposed to switch to full time but they never did. Say I was full time, but didn't get full time benefits like pto. They will say you will get a pay increase in your first 6 months but that was a lie as someone who worked for them for 10 months. Management will don't bad about coworkers they don't like to you and will talk bad about you behind your back. Don't trust them with any personal matters. This place is not a family. They only hire high schools or young adults because they still live with their parents and will be fine with 7 hours weeks. I realized they were going to fire me when I only had one shift one week and my name was no longer on the board, so I quit. I was trying to leave for months and already bagged another job so I put in my two week notice to the manager. That same manager told one of my coworkers that I was to leave when coverage came in 10 minutes. I was the closer so why was someone coming to cover the shift I was doing currently? Manager was a petty child and couldn't take that i was quitting. I had three other shifts after that but didn't get to work any of them because "I wasn't needed and they had coverage". How could they already have coverage when I was the closer and it was the weekday? District manager texted me asking if I was coming for my last shift, I said yes. Two days before my shift, they gave my shift to someone else with no warning. Never work for this company. I've had better work at Burlington and they only paid $11, but they had better management. Clean freak wants your full time and energy working multiple different job titles while only getting one pay check, but they will only give you 10%.
