Pros

When work is busy you can get a lot of overtime hours. Jobs are different every week . Company Vehicles. When working out of town the hotels are paid for and you get PerDM.

Cons

Since day one, Management always sets their employees up for failure. By poor scheduling, not having the right truck/equipment for a particular job, poor communication between clients and foremans. Management are cut throats, never takes the blame for their mistakes. If you allowed it ,they would work you to death. On call 24/7. They expect your life to be all about work and say bye-bye to your personal life. They treated their hard workers worse than dogs while the lazy workers can get away with whatever and never gets discipline. So over all this company has potential. But Management and Corporate only see's you as a number and only cares about how much money they are making.

As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
