Pros

None! Stay away! If you value yourself, decline any offers and keep looking.

Cons

Maintenance department is a joke, especially the I&E department. The supervisor Alan is dumber than a bag of rocks, the guy is more useless than the white crayon on a white sheet of paper. The "I&E techs" are old commercial electricians that know nothing about instrumentation and are good at faking it until they make it. The Maintenance manager is a joke! The guy has never turned a wrench or swinged a hammer in his life. He told me and I quote "I don't know anything about electrical other that turning on the light switch, but if you ever need anything you can call me. I don't know how much help I'll be but I'll try and get a hold of the right people for you" Lmao I have a cellphone! I can make the same calls he could so hes useless. They praise the lazy good for nothing employees, and God forbid the hard working employee starts acting like the lazy ones cause "they'll behell to pay" Lmao stfu!... I work for a great company now, thank God I left this place before I got hurt or killed because the supervisor is a complete moron! Its only a matter of time he gets himself or someone else severely hurt or killed.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
