A great, caring team and management even though we're all working remotely. We are able to help people with convictions all over the country. The link and support from Langley House Trust are really positive. Personally it ticks a lot of my boxes: using IT to help people find work, working in a team but also independently, standing with people who are having a rough time, being able to contribute to the charity's development, the challenge of finding new ways to do things, saving the country money by helping people with convictions to find meaningful work and training..... The introductory training prepared me well for the role. Team coffee and chat times. We get some great feedback about the effect we are having from our Members (clients).
Cons
Recording every detail of every conversation challenges my typing accuracy somewhat, but it has to be done.
