Great products, there are a lot of great people and some great leaders within the company, good benefits overall. The owners are great people.

The COO doesn’t know anything about leadership (“it’s my way or you’re wrong and gone”). A few of the department heads don’t know anything about management, coaching, or mentorship and don’t support employees that need it. Broken processes everywhere and a severe communication problem all over the company. No HR support and no desire to improve on any of these things.
