Pros
There are not any pros. Some people are truly trying and honestly believe they are going to make a difference. They just do not stand a chance.
Cons
Just about everything: The only person that truly matters at this company is the owner. If he doesn't make if known at first, he eventually will to all the GM's and Area Managers. People will smile, shake your hand, and stab you in the back all at the same time. Promises will be made and none will be kept.
