Pros
You receive valuable life skills, and you get to spend your days working for a cause that you (hopefully) care about. Fun work environment, you can make friends for life. Some opportunities for advancement and leadership training.
Cons
Low salaries, questionable employment practices (particularly in regards to their trainers), and how much CWA actually does for the environment is arguable. Also, they don't really care how you manipulate or lie to people, as long as you raise a lot of money doing so.
