Pros

It’s a company where you can build a rewarding and long-term career. Good benefits, great pay, 401k, and upward mobility. Some of the best technical teams. Talent is top notch and constant opportunity for learning. Management makes investing in their employee’s development a priority. They prioritize promotions from within. With the right work attitude, you can go far. Constructive work environment, coworkers are more than willing to lend a helping hand and answer any questions.

Cons

Fast-paced, quality work is a top priority. Consistency is key here.

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
