Pros

My subordinates were smart and great to talk to. Too bad, we've been separated and now chasing our own goals and dream. We've learned a lot from working with each other.

Cons

Speaking from my experience and from what I have heard from my subordinates and other peers. The salary there was very below the standard in the industry. I witnessed most people stay there for a year or so and then quit to find a new job making much more money. That was a serious problem that must be addressed. The upper management had not been great in fixing this, in fact the opposite.

Thank you for your feedback. We review our compensation annually and have found we exceed other small business compensation packages by 22-30% but are indeed 2-4% below larger corporations. This is an area we strive to continue to improve lifestyle balance and compensation to meet the new market standards. Angelique X. Irvin CEO

Pros

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Cons

The facility that I work in is slightly understaffed.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
