Pros

Employees and Management engagement and willingness to work along with each other makes being a newer Employee at Clear Align and working remotely a fairly enjoyable experience.

Cons

the benefits package and it being run by an outside house is ok but not as good as my previous employer that did everything internal.

We have taken your feedback on benefits and developed a new communication tool to better share all the services that ADP can provide to our team. Feedback like this makes us a better company and I am very appreciative you took the time to share. Angelique X. Irvin CEO

Pros

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Cons

The facility that I work in is slightly understaffed.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
