• Toxic workplace at because of obstinate colleagues and incompetent sales agents • Owner is mysoginistic, racist, long-winded, emotional, and holds outdated views on how to run a business • There's very little structure or documentation, leading to employees being islands of knowledge • Everyone is either overworked or underworked; no one's time is properly accounted for capacity • Company culture is equivalent to a boys' locker room • There is zero accountability, oversight or retrospective on anything employees do • No one wants to take ownership of anything of fear of being the reason for issues • All business is tied to a single major client who repeatedly takes advantage of their position • Established processes, contracts and agreements are ignored as soon as client complains • There are no consequences to actions if you're a 'good guy' • Owner had everyone come back to the office during Stage 2 despite everyone being able to work from home
