Your employees will be a reason why you choose to stay longer than you should have. You learn a decent amount
Cons
Poor communication between management and employee. Try say they’ll do something, but never do it. Extremely poor pay. They start you off at the “new” minimum wage and expect you to do more work even if you’re more than qualified to earn a higher wage from the start.
