Where do I start? Oh. Micromanagement. That's the name of the game at Clear Rate. Also, you will be in trivial meetings for things that don't matter for hours. It's very counterproductive. If you work in any department except for customer service, fun is not allowed. Neither is talking. And if you do work in customer service, you will be rudely looked upon for having fun and you will feel like you're with the misfits of the company. You have a great idea? Cool. It's never gonna happen. Do you work well with others? Not gonna happen either. Once they get the feeling you and others are actually doing a great job together, they split you apart because they know you will go against them. Secrecy and drama everywhere. Do you wanna bring an issue to HR? HR will listen but there's not a whole lot to be done when the executives won't listen to anyone. Oh yea, having to clock in and out when you're on salary is really cool. Especially since you will work overtime and they "appreciate it and will compensate you in your quarterly bonus." Yea, good luck with that. Also, good luck dealing with the other companies they work with: They're just peachy.
