Pros
Comparable benefits to industry. PTO is average. Very fun projects and great people on my team. Tech leadership is outstanding and respected amongst peers.
Cons
Personal observations and red flags: back office is a revolving door of people who get treated horribly. Every time I go up there it's all new faces. I feel bad for them, they all look so miserable. Pay: below average. They try to convince you the pay is exceptional because of the "amazing benefits", but in reality salary is very low and other benefits are about average. Do yourself a favor and look at another company that doesn't have half of it's staff and family members working in the back office. Leadership: this is what really irks me aside from pay. The owner and CSO really think everyone can be manipulated. Those two will do anything to clearly save a few bucks. It's more than obvious to everyone what is going on here and it rubs a lot of people the wrong way, especially how the CSO pulls people aside to have a "career chat" and try to convince you to take more training, obtain a fake tech leadership role, etc in order to make a reasonable salary. What a joke! Owner: clearly disconnected and an extreme micromanager. She makes false promises and actually talks trash about her employees! To other employees! She loves drama and pettiness - get a camera crew bc working here would be great reality TV. Future contracts: Outlook grim. Let's be real, they aren't winning anymore contracts with that dysfunctional back office. HR: why is HR in Florida? Shes a very rude woman who has no idea what she's doing most of the time. Completely unhelpful and has a serious attitude problem. Security: Owners son and nephew run security. Enough said. Poor communication of important items.
