Nice office and pleasant co workers

Long hours and needed more company events together.

Snacks and coffee always available. Free breakfast on Fridays and gym in building.

Upper management is extremely manipulative and demeaning. Very unstable environment, let people go for no reason. Don't value employees at all. People were getting fired or leaving left and right the entire time I was there. It is a revolving door. The process to get hired is ridiculous for an administrative position. There are 3-4 interviews, an hour long critical thinking test (not at all relevant to the work you are doing) where you have to attain a score only 10% ever reached (you aren't even considered if you don't get the score) and they now just added on psychological testing and consult with a psychologist to evaluate potential candidates (not sure if that is even legal). Culture is non-existent. Have to walk on eggshells around the partners.
