Pros

There are none. In fact, this company is essentially FORCING THEIR EMPLOYEES TO LEAVE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Do not trust ANY of these 5 star reviews. There is nothing 5 star about ClearOne Advantage.

Cons

EVERYTHING is a con at this company. The only positives are being employed and working remotely but those don't feel nearly as worth it once you get a behind the scenes look at this company in any way, shape, or form. I promise you will be ashamed you work for this place. I could go into dozens of reasons why this company is/was bad in general even when business was booming but the main reason you don't want this job is that this company is sinking and it will BE OUT OF BUSINESS VERY SOON. Please do not listen to the lies that people are leaving about how great this place is. I promise you- not one of them actually thinks that. They are too scared of the consequences or too much of a brown noser to say what is actually going on until after they're fired or laid off. Stay away from this sinking dumpster fire of a garbage barge.

Pros

There are a lot of great things working here. The two week training was a lot of fun, very hands on and informative! Even though I was a little nervous to get on the phones, Naudia and Lauren made me feel prepared. I just wrapped up new hire development, and man did April and Robert help develop my skills! I had a lot of success, making money and learned a lot. Lauren helped me on weekends, after work, and spent a lot of time with me too to get several of my deals. Great team! Excited to do more. They also just did a town hall which as someone newer felt good to hear from top management and know what’s going on. But

Cons

Getting used to the speed compared to a lot of competitors. I like the conversation more and feels better. 401k match.

Pros

You can make money if you rise up the tiers and stay there. You're realistically looking at 5+ months of grinding before you hit any decent commission.

Cons

You'll be asked to leave a 5 star review on glassdoor halfway through training, which is exactly why these reviews seem so good. The realist is different. 1. The lead sources arent good. 99% of people click on a link they are getting one thing, and you're selling another. So 99% of calls start off with overcoming extreme skepticism. 2. They have a tier system. A tier reps are the ones making money, but it can take quite a bit of time trudging through the sludge of bad leads to get there. 3. Keep your fingers crossed for a decent manager. 99% of them micromanage your entire day since their commission is tied to you selling deals. 4. Huge company with barely any social media presence or marketing. This company started before National Debt Relief and has absolutely name brand recognition. They could fix have their issues by allocating time on that. All in all, its not a terrible place to work, but these reviews are not a true representation of what this place is. Just beware.
