Pros

The pay is competitive and they have good opportunities.

Cons

Communication is awful. They promised a lot and delivered almost nothing. They rarely reach out and I often talk to someone different each time. They promise full-employment contracts within six months or the ability to discuss other options, but don't actually discuss extensions clearly or assist in any way. Their medical "benefits" are not even worth signing up for. Their website has a self-service portal that is usually down, so I still don't even know if/how much PTO I've accrued.
