I’ve had the chance to really get to know our clients, learn about their success stories, and dive deeper into the technical side of how we turn feedback into meaningful results. What I really appreciate is that it’s not just about running surveys. It’s about having a really organized, sleek system for following up, seeing who hasn’t responded, and making sure we can get those testimonials, shoutouts, and awards that highlight our clients’ success.
