Pros
Coworkers are nice for the most part, lunch every Friday until recently. Compensation is competitive to other mortgage companies in the area.
Cons
Most of the sales agents come from network capital ( enough said). One of the managers/directors is very loud, seems to always be yelling and dips his hands into every department which is unwanted and unnecessary. PTO policy is absurd. You can’t use your own earned PTO as you wish, it can only be taken in 2 hour increments. Makes absolutely no sense.
