Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your time consulting at ClearScale. We are sorry to hear you didn’t have the positive experience we hope to create for all our team members. We care about the employee experience, and every quarter have initiatives focused on continuing to build a culture that our team can thrive in. If that is not the experience a person is having, then of course we encourage our team to share their feedback with their manager and HR so that we can address concerns and partner together to create an environment we can all be proud of. Of course, we know as a consultant versus being an employee, your exposure to the typical employee experience and benefit package would be limited. We wanted to clarify since it sounds like you were not aware of the great benefits. To clarify, ClearScale has a full benefit package and offers medical, dental, vision and covers 85% of the cost for the employee and their whole family. Additionally, ClearScale covers 100% of the cost for employees to have Life Insurance, AD&D as well as Short-Term and Long-Term Disability. Beyond that, we also have a 401k plan and ClearScale matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of employee contributions. We also have a fantastic time off program and we do encourage our team to find that work-life-balance. Finally, we are remote, so our team has tons of flexibility regarding where, and how they get their work done.
