Pros
-Great Work Life Balance. Everyone respects each other time and the actual work has not be overly stressful -Plenty of opportunities to grow your professional skillset -Management actually listens to feedback from other employees -100% remote work
Cons
-The company benefits could be better. If a person is coming from a larger company that had a lot of "bells and whistles", they may be disappointed with Clearview. I imagine as Clearview grows benefits will get better
