Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We strongly believe it's good to talk and everyone wins when they do. It enhances our teams morale, improves mental health and encourages collaboration across joint work loads. The office team talk with our thousands of customers and 12 shops constantly. This, combined with the radio, results in the office being a bubbly place and naturally the team chat whilst at work. With regard to the management team, unfortunately nothing was raised during your employment, so regretfully I can't comment on any specifics. We wish you well with your future job search.

Cons

Long hours, low morale. Sent to work on mobility aids with almost zero training. Overtime rate is poor and you are not given enough time to do a proper job. From the start other staff members were negative about the company and this is not what you want at a new job as it changes your perception of your new job. The wages are low for the industry and responsibility you have. The warehouse is disorganised so you often can’t find anything. Everyone seems on edge if senior managers are around.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can confirm that since you left the review we have increased our warehouse space, which has streamlined the goods in/out process. Full training is given and engineers shadow an experienced colleague to gain experience. Given the volume of mobility products out there, there will always be occasions where you come across a model that you are unfamiliar with, but support is always at the end of your company phone either at Head Office or the manufacturer. Our hours have changed so engineers work Monday - Friday 8-4pm. We wish you well in the future.
