Higher ups play favourites, don't care about development and do not foster a fun or open company culture. Was not provided any accounts, whereas other employees were provided money making accounts right away. Wireless industry is super competitive among dealers, making some of the ways they go about their business sleazy.
I worked for 3 different TELUS dealers and they all were awful compared to Clearwest. Clearwest has great pay, some cool incentives and a good culture of staff.
Cons
TELUS needs to help stores get more traffic rather than shipping phones to people’s homes. Felt like they worked against us reps making money at the store- no fault of clearwest
