Pros
Owner seems nice. Minimum 40 hours a week. Are often given overtime 5 or more hours a week. Start work early 4 or 5 am. Leave early 1:30-2:30 PM. $150 Attendance bonus for not missing any days or time the first 90 days. $200 bonus for referring another employee after they stay 90 days and are in good standing. Busy, lots of work to be done.
Cons
Low pay. A lot of turn over. Plant appears that it is not well managed. Mostly Hispanic which is okay, but if you don't speak Spanish you can't understand what is going on and don't feel like you fit in. Group leaders and management seem not to be on the same page with each other or worker bees. Group leaders appear to waste time, could be more productive helping workers instead of walking around and getting on people instead of leading by example.
