This company is bad all around. They preach core values but far from what they follow . The racism is so bad in this company is sad . They talk about they support diversity and inclusion but always chasing off or firing the few African Americans in management. This company is bad all around. The Clemens family and cronies will sit at the top of the throne which consists of mainly white males ans females. While they let all the Latinos and other foreigners run the company and treat the Americans like dirt. They promote they own people that consists of latino men and women. This place have SEXUAL HARASSMENT , Racism bullying harassment. Run far from this . Clemens Food Group is the perfect name for this place because that's all they care about is Clemens Family. And don't report nothing to HR or you will be immediately fired
