- Not many positives, aside from the people (co workers were some of the best I've ever worked with)
Cons
- Completely bound by their inability to move into the 21st century as technology advances
- You're primarily selling posters and print materials - no way to sugar coat it
- Leadership was completely removed and company is now being managed remotely by Corp offices elsewhere
- Comp heavily weighted towards commission with sometimes unreasonable goals
- Old antiquated systems, business approaches
- New talent coming in the door is seldom taken seriously and listened to
Great people, some of the best work friends I've ever had. There was a point when the company was interested in crafting customized solutions for customers, however they moved away from this as they had a hard time scaling.
Cons
Organization was stuck in the 60s & 70s. The company felt most comfortable as a pure publisher (think giant presses churning out trite safety posters). The company failed to adopt/adapt and is now a small shell of its former self.
