None since HBOS took over. The service is poor or non existent and the products are full of hidden charges. They have lost touch with the market and want to dictate to IFAs what they should sell. Unfotunately 70 funds are not enough and together with uncompetitive products it became hell to sell Clerical Medical.
Cons
There are all downsides but work colleagues are nice. the comnpanies' poor sales figures are blamed on the account managers and when you tell them what you think you then start being bullied out. They will always use expenses, or role plays and finally enlist the Union's help in getting you to sign a compromise agreement.
