Pros
I was assigned to coding in Visual Basic to update old graphical user interfaces. It was very hands on and no one was breathing down my neck.
Cons
I was a little bit thrown in but expected to ask questions. I just felt like I had to figure it out on my own, but I knew my supervisor was always there to help if I needed it.
