Pros
Schedule isn’t too bad. We get 401k match as well as a pension (Pension after 3 years). Bonus can be good.
Cons
Need more employees per crew. Way too much work for amount of employees. Healthcare is atrocious. Our “guaranteed” 20% bonus was taken from us for 1 quarter because of covid, meanwhile they paid cash for 1 steel mill company for over half a Billion dollars.
