Pros

You work for a well respected well known company. You get decent pay.

Cons

Insurance is expensive, copays are expensive, $250 for an emergency room visit? You’re pushed to profit the Clinic, not to care properly for patients. You are overworked and understaffed. There is a lack of transparency, managers use favoritism to keep or cut your hours or provide you with food scheduled shifts. Upper management ignores complaints from lower staff and dodges providing answers. Patients are forced to have short, rushed exams, with decreased concern or care due to pressure from more patients waiting and lack of caregivers available. You will do the work of three people without any appreciation. You won’t get full lunches, but reprimanded for clocking out no lunch too many times. The size of managment continues to increase while staffing on the bottom decreases. We are told to make patients a priority, but are powerless to due to our environment. Money drives this company. Managment is awful.

Pros

Health insurance and maternity benefits are great, though some people have been aggravated by the addition of a deductible in 2026. There is also decent tuition reimbursement, but you need to carefully read all of the policies as the wording can be tricky and even HR doesn't understand all of their own policies.

Cons

Pay seems inconsistent and raises are a joke, getting lower and later every year. PTO is decent but keep in mind that getting paid for holidays comes from that PTO and plan accordingly. HR is a complete JOKE! They never answer, don't seem to understand any of their policies, and have no idea what they are doing. It takes weeks to get ahold of anyone, and they are the farthest from helpful I've ever experienced. Retirement matching is based on years of service, they will put the money in the account but only vest after 3 years so don't count on the amount it shows unless you know 100% for sure you will be there more than 3 years.
